CTAtlas.com is a project of the Community Results Center of the United Way of Connecticut to demonstrate the value of maps in working with information and data at the community level. The Community Results Center is a nonprofit public policy organization that helps Connecticut residents and leaders work with information to improve their neighborhoods and communities.

The Community Results Center conducts research projects, consults on local initiatives and manages several programs to help Connecticut's towns and cities measure success.
